Refund Policy

1. General

Acressquare’s refund policy for platform subscription fees is generally non-refundable. Once paid, the fee is not eligible for a refund. However, users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period, even if the subscription is canceled.

Subscription Fees:

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

If a subscription is canceled, the user can still access the service until the end of the current billing period.
